A talk about becoming a better networker
I am not currently giving talks because I am too busy. Here you can read about the themes in my networking talk.
A good network has never been more important, and I have always made the best use of mine. I am often asked how I do it, and I have now created a good talk about it. Here are some specific things I cover: * Why networking matters * Examples of how I use my network * What a good network is * How to choose the right network for your career * What you can actually use a network for * How to behave in a network and get the most from it * How to stay interesting to your network. Plus a good pep talk to get started networking and lots of other useful little tips. Everything is seasoned with short stories from my life that explain the advice in an entertaining, down-to-earth and engaging way. The networking talk has a very broad audience. I have given it to employees in many businesses, business councils, boards, networking groups and many other places where people need a pep talk about creating good relationships. And who does not? Everyone will leave with great energy and the desire to meet new people who can advance their career and professional performance. I deliver it in thirty to forty minutes, and it works very well with fifteen to thirty minutes of questions. It can also be combined with my other talks about entrepreneurship, success, innovation and more. See some of the many lovely emails I have received from audiences and organisers here
I take enormous pride in making every talk a great success and therefore give a maximum of twenty talks a year. That ensures I am highly motivated and really give you full value for money. Send me an email to find out more.
